These comments are made with the caveat that I have yet to take delivery of my vehicle so a final judgement of the entire process will have to wait until then, Let me also note that I made my purchase from Australia so it was not as easy as just walking inot the dealership. That said, Jean and Glenn have been excellent communicators , they ( with one exception) were able to answer all my questions and did so with honesty and efficiency. As this was a first time EV purchase, I was buying with a very limited experience base and had to rely heavily on Jean’s expertise and advice. They went the extra mile ( Km?) whenever I had follow up questions. There is a another factor which deserves a very positive mention. It turns out that when imports are sold in New Zealand, No matter how much warranty the car had in it’s country of origin, that disappears when the car enters New Zealand. Wheelers were able to offer a bumper to bumper warranty for three years for $1700 in my case. That single value added component justified Wheelers commission and mark up and closed the deal for me. As my return to NZ was not finalised Wheelers also agreed to store the vehicle for me until I could take delivery. That is service over and above and this adds to the reason for my overall rating of. 5 stars. I may have paid a bit more than the rock bottom price, but the value added by Wheelers more than made up for the difference. Would I buy from them again? Without hesitation! Would I recommend them to my friends? Most certainly! I like a bargain, but good value is made up of more than just the price. Wheelers delivered.
