Love the car so far. Drives very nicely and plenty of power when needed!! Takes some time to "learn" - to drive it for the best economy and maximise range.

Even though it's based heavily on the previous model, it feels like a very improved car. The range is fantastic.

I said I was too old to get used to e-pedal but I use it lots. Very comfortable to drive and love the heated seats and steering wheel. Cameras make parking super easy.

Great looking EV, good open road performance and handling for the price.

Car looks great and driving it has been fun. Its a nice balance between price and range of car, for most people it will be great and charging at home is very convenient and enough for anyone who doesn't have long commute.

So far I am very happy with it. Beyond all the basics I was concerned that the real time range estimate (ie. 231km at 100% charge etc.) may not translate to the real world accurately however it appears to be pretty good. So therefore I am expecting it to fullfill is't 90km-ish daily commute for some years in the future and justify the investment. Very quiet and a joy to drive.

Rear passenger doors are large enough to comfortably fit a child in a car seat. Other cars the rear seat was too small, or the rear door was too small, so I reccomend this vehicle if you have a baby/toddler.

Well, I'm now an EV convert. The Nissan Leaf is so easy and comfortable to drive, and it costs virtually nothing to commute between Leeston and Christchurch. It's open road performance exceeded all expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend a Nissian Leaf to a friend or family.

Nice zero emission car. Hard to go back to normal diesel/petrol car. Perfect car for our lifestyle- commuting
